HIGH RIGID CASTING CONSTRUCTION
Heavily ribbed all Meehanite processed fine grey cast iron, base, table, saddle and column all ensure maximum rigidity and vibration dempening for outstanding performance over the lifetime of the grinder. X and Y slide ways are coated with "TURCITE-B" and precisely hand scraped allowing for smooth movement & offering hight accuracy.

PRECISION GRINDING SPINDLE
Direct spindle drive from high precision "V-3" motor, Its better tolerance and lubrication result in longer service life. It features quiet and vibration-free operation.Runout of taper nose better than 0.0025mm(0.0001")T.I.R.

PRECISION LEADSCREWS
Leadscrews are hardened by "Electroless-Nicklide" process yielding a controlled uniform 50Rc surface hardness. Precision grinding of the vertical and cross feed screws builds built-in tight. The fluid motion control over the slides maximizes surface grinding positioning and accuracy.

RIGOROUS ACCURACY INSPECTION
Each machine is subject to rigorous accuracy inspection to ensure an accurate machining result.
